Fish are obviously reaching the upper beats due to all the water we are getting with another fish yesterday morning, this time from the Rocks  just above Builth Wells on fly by Richard Thomas

Having said that there won't be another one caught for some time that's for sure with another big dirty spate on its way down t the estuary   Still more rain forecast so I'm afraid that's it for some time with the middle and lower river on the way up during the day.
