Well it's stopped raining eventually and the river and tributaries are starting to fall.  Couold be a slow drop this time with more rain forecast on Sunday.

So another duff weekend beckons with no prospect of salmon anywhere it seems at least for some time.  What fish there arewill at leastbe spread throughout most of the system at least giving everyone a chance.

I see they are testing for Covid in the sewage system?   At least the fish populations will be well protected together with all the other nasties they have to try and combat.   When was the last time a new sewage works was constructed I wonder.?
