River still dropping slowly still with considerable colour in most areas.  May be a chance today spinning somewhere on the upper river before the rain forecast today and tomorrow sets in.  No sign of it so far but gales forecast too   Diabolical spring we are having in more ways than one.

 Latest ----  A fish from Caerwnon above Builth. A 10lb fresh fish on a Flying c to Bill Samuel. Lets hope the upper river gets its fair share this year when the current conditions improve.
