Some rain overnight but not really a great deal.  However every little helps at the moment to move a few fish from the bottom of the river.    The Irfon rose again this morning with some colour. See below;

Talking of the lower river it seems to be them and then there's the rest of us.   Considerable numbers of fish are being caught down there but for various reasons everyone is tight lipped.   Little doubt that people from Wales, and we know who some of them are, are travelling more than the distance allowed under Covid., ridiculous though it is.   Some seem to have changed their names to Cummings and some are the ones who should know better.
WUF it seems are keeping their mouths shut for some reason. One wonders why.
Just how will the recent catches be incorporated into the seasonal total I wonder.?
