Upper river around Builth through to Hay on Wye now starting to rise a little and with continued snow melt and rain forecast too this will no doubt continue.  Does not look good for the next few days it has to be said.

Further steady snow melt today but still only a small rise in levels. Having been so low initially it still looks a decent height for most with not too much colour. Still ice in the margins in places so water temp. very low.   Still a lot of snow lying around on the upper beats which will have to go in at some stage.  The slower the better.

No further fish reported so far.
