Nothing dramatic on the weather front overnight.  The snow melt continues and levels have risen by another foot or so on the upper river and will continue to do so downstream   I can;'t vouch for the colour not having seen it myself yet but water temperatures will be very low from the snow melt.
Conditions are far from ideal one has to say.  Still plenty of lying snow.

LATEST.  River at Hay on Wye is dirty with snowmelt. Its a no go at the moment.;  Faster snow melt now so sure to rise further.   Lugg also pushing out it's muck

Some idea of conditions .(yesterday)  A few miles from Glasbury and much of the surrounding area of the upper river are similar.
