River levels have risen in most areas and just about peaked around Builth Wells.   Not a massive spate but water is coloured, more so the downstream beats and will hamper the bottom beats for some time,   Dry outlook so levels should quickly drop in upper and middle river where hopefully the rise will be enough to move some fish upriver.
