Weather just for mad dogs and Englishmen,   Only very ear;y of very late holds out much hope. Any fish caught will need extra care in returning them.

Probably heresy to some to say so but perhaps we shouldn't even fish for them under these conditions. Oh I forget - numbers are the only important thing these days..


Still mainly dry but less hot by Thursday but no real rain in the offing, even the following week.
