Looks like June will start on a more promising note after yesterdays catches.  Pretty obvious the upper river have fish present in reasonable numbers with the smaller 2sw fish well to the fore.
As conditions improve lower down the system and these beats start to contribute, it looks certain that June will be the best month so far.

Only one fish reported so far today. A first salmon to Georgia Morley, Glanwye.  9lbs.

One more thats all. An estimated 20lb fish from Spreadeagle for John Watkinson
