No change in conditions.  Desperately low on upper river   I understand some fish are still being caught on the lower beats and dead ones seen.   Couldn't make it up really could you.   WUF, our river Trust stays silent on the matter as usual/   I hear there is a new Agricultural bill for Wales with yet more subsidies for farmers and no doubt WUF will help them get them whilst they continue to laugh behind their backs and continue pollute at will..
