Seems not much has changed since this Wye area report from 1987/   Apart that is that back then they did seem to be taking some action to prevent pollution and even took some farmers to court - ye gods whats the world coming too,

Since then however things have gone down the drain and are much worse than back then and yet nothing seems to be happening to remedy the  problem   Certainly less officers on the ground and as for court cases ??    Be laughable if things were not so serious.    Salmon catch that year was 3214.
