Some of you may have seen a programme on TV last night regarding a town in Wyoming -Jackson's Hole an old western town .   I showed just what damage beavers can do to have the whole town up in arms over the destruction that they were causing to their trees and ponds/     One would have thought that the residents would have simple shot the hell out of them but seems not.   Trapping and re location seemed to be the main remedy though no doubt some did meet their end in other ways. 

 It was a lesson in just how much damage they are capable of as many in Scotland have already found out and best not introduced to populated areas.
