Unsurprisingly no new fish reported , not surprising given the current conditions which may it seems end in thunderstorms tonight and into tomorrow.  lets hope the Ithon doesn't getin on the act.

I was walking in hay on wye yesterday, stopped to look in a bookshop and there before me was this;

I suppose it had to happen sooner or later but a whole book on the subject.  Nothing in it I suspect (I obviously didn't buy it) relating to water quality and the dangers they run in doing what they do.  Shop owner said he had sold loads, though not sure what that means in respect of his sales.

Did drop her an email but not surprisingly no reply.   Surely public health should look into this??
