While not wishing to repeat the obvious is pretty clear I think that there are not many fish in the river at present.  The upper beat levels have dropped away now and if fish are not there now then they are unlikely to get there on the current water levels.

Spring tides hopefully will bring fish into the lower river but at present most seem likely to remain there.  However only time will tell.

No further reports of any fish.
