River falling away now but still very high on lower beats.  Some rain to come next couple of days apparently with a good dry spell prior to opening day.  Years ago fish would have been spread throughout the system by now but I guess only time will show, assuming we can travel to fish of course which looks unlikely on starting day.

This is 'interesting' if somewhat wooly  in some areas.   We all know it - getting something done is the real problem.
