Another night of heavy rain and the river is brimful and looks set to over top it's banks in some areas.  Still rain about in the form of heavy showers.  Usk similar too

UPDATE     River is in the fields from Whitney downstream with water as far as the eye can see.  Main road from Whitney to Hereford blocked too.   Yet more muck, soil etc once again in the river.
