River levels continue to fall and clear and conditions are pretty reasonable now.  reports from anglers fishing are disappointing with very few fish being seen.   However James Griffiths took his nephew young Sam Hart and within a couple of casts latched into his first ever salmon with a 7/8lb fish on a flying c. Nice one Sam.  

Not hear of any others being caught so far from yesterday -perhaps today may be better though can't really see why.
