No fish reported in the last day or so but Terry Ward reports Whitney first fish on Suday; see below.
With unbroken sunshine and soaring temperatures condition are not favourable except perhaps early and late although so far river conditions remain  fair for most though levels are dropping away again.  Lets hope the algae does not rear its ugly head again.

Fabulous June day. River perfect . Visiting angler Keld Von Shriven saw 2 fish move on beat 3. Half an hour later he landed a cock fish 10-12lb covered in lice [ river lice ].Thanks to George Crouch and family who generously supplied the landing net.

LATEST  another fish from yesterday 5lb grilse to Paul Henry on fly at Aramstone.

Another fish of about 9lbs came off Bigswier yesterday.

An impressive fish from Bigsweirs Station Pool and although posed to maximum advantage at 51. 1/2 pounds -well one can only imagine and reflect on what has been done to our river..
