This would be a great starter rod for anyone. A nice medium length/weight and has a nice medium-fast and forgiving action. The color choice for this rod also has a more specific meaning than just hoping it is an aesthetic that would appeal to woman. I am teaming up with Casting For Recovery and 10% of every one of these rods sold will go directly to CFR to help assist in the many wonderful programs they offer breast cancer patients and survivors. Even though it is not quite the holiday season just yet we wanted to announce this rod during the official month for breast cancer awareness.
