Well the rain of biblical proportions forecast by the Met ofgfice failed to be realised to any great extent.  We all had some its true and the upper river at llangurig is on the rise with some extra water too from the Irfon in particular but it looks like only a moderate affair so far. River not risen much downstream yet and still carrying colour from the previous lift.
