Looks like fish are still coming into the lower beats in good numbers but still relatively quiet on the middle and upper river though there was a fish from Whitney toll bridge , 10lbs to Mr R McCampbell.

Four more from Wyesham   11 and 16lbs to Otis Ferry on fly, 11lbs to Richard Thomas fly and 10lb to John Viggers -  mepps.
Upper Bigswier, 10lbs.from Little Run.
Goodrich Court. 10 and 15lb to Andrw Flitcroft and 12lbs to James Beeson.  Fly.
Ingeston. Also had three. 11lvb Mike Pritchard. 13lbs Brian Owen and 15lb to David Slade.

Two more fish from Aramstone.. Andrew Cutherbert at 18lb fish from the L|ower bridge pool and Stan Turner also woith an 18lb fish from the Lower Quarry pool.
This later fish is Stan Turner 16th fish of the season.

Wye Salmon Association ran another successful Schools instructional courses yesterday with another today and on Thursday at Whitney Court. A fine day with a bunch of enthusiastic youngsters
