YESTERDAY.

A 23lb fish on a flying C  from the Red Lion waters to 'Tiger Williams'.
Another fish for Nathan Jubb from Caemawr.  12lbs on a Cascade
First of the season from The Rocks.  15lb on a cascade tube to Richard Thomas.

The quality of the fish  caught continues to be mightily impressive though one could always hope for bigger numbers given the conditions. Lets see what today brings.

Nathan Jubbs fish from Caemawr yesterday  12lbs.

TODAY.
Another fish for Stan Turner from the Quarry pool at Aramstone.  Green/yellow F/C  15lbs

Another too for David Slade at Ingeston  23lbs

Report of an estimated 30lb fish today from Wyebank.  Hooked on a tube fly with double turned down barbs the fish was played for well over an hour by Don Macer Wright.  He was unable to tail the fish and tried measuring it at around 45". To prevent further distress after a long fight he cut the leader and let the fish go.

Later on Ross James landed a 10lb fish from the same lie. Other were seen running I'm told
