Looks pretty grim out there tomorrow. River has risen slowly this afternoon around Hay  following the rain and snow showers.  Colour is poor with just a couple of inches visibility.  Conditions will be challenging to say the least and pretty cold into the bargain.   Do I want to catch a salmon that badly - \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\No so I am giving it a miss.
