Well it did continue raining in the hills of the upper river and the Irfon catchment but not much around the Ithon.  As a consquence the upper river has risen a good two feet and is rising as far as Builth Wells at the moment.  This will obviously progress to the middle and lower beats tomorrow, clear out some of the weed perhaps and perk up a few fish and allow those in the beats below Momouth to move on.  Rain still not all over yet either apparently.
