Upper river dropping back quite quickly but still heavily coloured around the Hay on wye area..Only just getting to the lowest beats.  Be another day or so, barring more rain, for the Builth area downstream.


Latest.  More rain in the hills again this p.m. River well up again at llangurig and wikll rpovoke another moderate rise.
