Yesterdays spate falling away quite quickly on the upper river, peaking middle river with little effect on the lower river so far.   Should have frehened things up a bit and perhaps moved on or two around/  Should still be fresh 2sw fish entering the river as demonstrated by Wyesham yesterday.  How many -good question.

Last weekend barbel fishing free so make the best of it.  Many beats will be more or less out of bounds for serious salmon anglers from next Sunday.   Sign of the times.
