Although the rain was light and patch it seems to have been enough to raise levels slightly again. A few inches on the upper river, nearly a foot below Builth wells.  Seems though that much of the extra water is from the Ithon and usually results in considerable colour

Other than that yesterday again failed to produce a fish and things are looking  a little iffy to say the least but looks like a week of dry coldish weather ahead so things will improve regarding conditions and catches hopefully

Latest.  Niot sure what to believe.  One rod reports a washout at the Rectory, another reports  a fish despite the conditions. just goes to show!!!     Joe Cobley reports a fish of 18lbs on a f/c

River now falling after the small spate but take account of Ithon colour for another day at least on the upper river..
