Upper river and tributaries creeping up a little now and its only recently stopped raining.  Difficult to say what the rise will be but don't expect it to be significant at the moment, though there may be some colour.

LATEST.  Upper river is a mess again. Forget it.  Rising with heavy colour from most of the tributaries.  Irfon well up and dirty.
