Moderate spate on its way down after last nights rain -still rising at Builth Wells with plenty of Irfon water, somewhat less from the Ithon.   Looks like it will be out for a couple of days at least on upper beats, possibly longer lower down.

Spate now affecting many areas with heavy colour.
