Just a little rain so far this morning locally.  Much more forecast for the upper catchment and elsewhere later.  Well at least we hope so but at the moment things unchanged.

12 lb 'fresh' salmon reported yesterday from Lower Ballingham on an orange f/c by John Buckels.
Was it wearing overland walking boots I wonder!!


LATEST.   Some decent rain at last with the upper river now starting to rise, a couple of feet at Rhayader and its not over yet.  Looks as though it could be a decent rise at last -please don't moan about days lost due to high coloured water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
