Nice looking morning for sure.  Not seen the river closely but I can still see it from my window which means it still too high in the Hay on Wye area at least.  Have a proper look later.
Still carrying considerable colour locally.  OK for F/C exponents.   Dropping well- acts more like a Scottish spate river these days.
