What beat -who caught them -how.? No sure you can record those fish in the official rod catch personally. personally but I'm sure they will.
What could be the problem for not naming the beat or captor?

Hydropower Decision: Angling Rights Sacrificed "for the greater good"
The
Environment Agency has given permission for a controversial hydropower scheme on
Lancashire's River Lune despite its acknowledged impact on fishing rights. The
Agency justifies the decision on the basis that “angling in the Forgewood and
Luneside sections of the weirpool would not be prevented altogether”, that “it
is unclear whether the fisheries would reduce in value and if so, by how much”,
and that in its view “the impacts would be outweighed by the benefits to the
local community”.
Fish
Legal solicitor Andrew Kelton commented: "The grant of this licence, and the
manner in which it has been decided, demonstrate an alarming disregard for
ordinary democratic principles."
