Not sure what to make of this noneense below from the Environment.
Surely they were aware that they should be enforcing the close season and the other regulations they burden us with. problem is do they actually have anyone to do the job
As for this it seems to me that what comes out of these monstrosities at the end of the process is just as bad as the stuff that goes into it,
