Commonsense message From WSA;
"At 07.01 am this morning all EA sonde below Hereford were recording temperatures above 20C. The sonde at Hay recorded 19.7C It will get warmer during the day, so fishing for stressed salmon is out of question."
A sensible move which I fear may not be followed by those to whom fish conservation means nothing. Why fish for salmon already debilitated by weeks of warm low water.????????????????
However a little more water with some colour on the upper river again should help.
