Nothing anywhere else it seems and little chance on the upper and most of the middle river for sure..  Due to conditions the recent  run of mainly 2sw fish seems restricted to the lower beats until we get some appreciable rain.. Plenty of shad in most areas though.

Coming through Hay on Wye yesterday and seeing al the tented areas with accommodation for people attending the Hay on Wye festival which will number many thousands over the next week Ijust wondered how an struggling sewage works will cope,.  My guess is it wont!!!   This in a town with one public tiolet,  no bank and one public cash machine.  Crazy.
