Read somewhere.Facebook I think that a groups ofpeople known as the  Friends of the Upper Wye had been granted nearly £10,000 in lottery funding  Apparently they will be testing water quality from the source of the Wye to the Lugg confluence,.    Seems to me they will just be repeating  what others are doing, notably WSA and surely the money could be better spent in other areas.    Another example of lack of joined up thinking perhaps/

Incident of raw sewage being discharged into the  Wye and Usk seemingly continued unabated however..

No one seems to have any idea how spawning went this season as no one does a comprehensive redd county any more apparently!!
