Decent article in this months Trout and Salmon detailing the Tay salmon hatchery and its work.

Isn't this the same Tay Hatchery where 'scientist' Dr David Summers went to run after he came down to the Wye to give advice to the Foundation?   He wasn't in favour of hatcheries then and insisted habitat improvement was the way forward!!!
