Having watched an couple of hours of the Zoom meeting it seems to me thatthere are too many people all with different agenda's, solutions, suggestions etc can't really see how they will come to a conclusion.  Good input from the Avara man however regarding removal of most of the manure from their own chicken sheds which would be a considerable helk  Problem is will other operators comply and can there be an overall plan with some teeth to make polluters comply.  Looks doubtfull on the face of it.
