Severn stitched up as well now it seems., As always this will in no way be a 'consultation' but just a rubber stamping of the regulations they wish to impose. They too complain about the lack of spawning fish to meet sustainability yet no sign of back end protection whatsoever for those spawners nearing the redds apart from bcatch and release which some will not survive.!!
