Upper river beats desperately low at present and seem likely to remain so with fine warm weather in the forecast ahead for the rest of the week.

Six fish reported from Wyesham over the past couple of days ranging  from 10 to 16lbs and the beats below Monmouth look the only realistic chances of a fish at present under these low water conditions.

A novel stocking method.   Won't work though will it ????
