Just one fish reported yesterday  9lbs on a tube fly from the |Nyth to Peter Gibbons.

Looks like a difficult weekend with the river dropping really low on the upper beats and so I'm told little or nothing showing on the lower beats.  With the heat and sunshine I wonder what happens next. Apart from a few showers looks set fair for some time.  Lets hope some of the 2sw fish have yet to appear and some grilse a little later on.

River looks a bit murky already I see.  visibility about 3feet !!!
