Now and then something comes along that makes you stop and wonder what sort of people are running things.

News now that the Scottish Government (Sepa) are to relax rules for fish farmers during the current delay in Channel crossings which is said to be having a bad effect on the poor dears.  this means they can legally increase the pollution they pour into the environment every day.  Pollution is everywhere you look on outr river and sea environment- how long can it be sustainable.
