All rivers in full spate again and heavy snow forecast for tomorrow in mid and north Wales and parts of the Midlands.

Went for a walk yesterday and found this guy on a seat near the Irfon.  Tried to engage him in conversation but he ws having none of it.His dog was no better. Someone said he has been there inactive for some time.  I RECKON HE WAS FROM NRW myself but there again he was out of the office and actually near the river so I may be wrong.
