Following further overnight rain ion top of yesterdays the upper river and most tributaries are on the rise again.  Not massively but enough to hinder the river settling to meaningful fishing condition.

Latest.   Just seen the river here at Hay - its a complete no go.  As thick as a donkeys droppings/
No chance this week down river and probably not on the upper beats for some days.
