Good meeting at the Bunch of |Carrots last night by the Wye Salmon Association with a really  good attendance.  Organisation now has over 250 members who seek to represent the actual anglers of the Wye.  No one else does.  Why not join.  It's inexpensive with free fishing days on the river and other benefits and a chance to become engaged with like minded anglers.   Check out its website Wye Salmon Association.com

River dropping in now as the colder weather digs in.  My days of fishing with the line freezing in the rings are long gone so opening day probably will not be for me.  Devon minnow looks a good bet as usual.
