Some overnight rain raised levels  about a foot on the upper river around Rhayader.  Won't do anything to move any fish I suspect especially by the time it reaches the lower beats. Welcome nevertheless.

Latest.  River Irfon has risen quickly this morning by a couple of feet so there will be some decent water on the upper river and of course downstream later.
