Otherwise didn't miss much the last few days with just a fish from Wyesham and Upper Bigswier for the week though Bigswier itself may well have added to their total. No details from there at present.
A little new water but perhaps not enough to make a real difference though with falling temperatures one would expect some more of the residents to show an interest if that floasts your boat.. Many are now advanced in their autumn colours and many of the hens could do without being caught. It's OK to catch them it seems and risk severe damage but not to take a 30 second photographic 'air shot' as it's been described. Somewhat double standards it seems to me.

"Friend managed a lovely silver fish on trotted prawn today from Hereford ,,that's his Xmas sorted ..I'll put the pic up when I can work out how.. Our first year out on the Wye and salmon fishing ,,much to learn.. Had nothing but barbel myself ,,,go barbel fishing and can't catch one go salmon fishing and nothing but barbel,,haha."
