Some accurate information re Ingeston recent catches. WUFs are not correct.
2 on Friday, one on Saturday. 7 on Sunday (5 fish to one rod Edward Davies) and 2 fish yesterday to George Adams.
No fish today as no one fished. Seasons total 48.
Also a report from Nick Hope, long time angler at Caerwnon on the upper river. he reports four fish from the beat so far this season. 10-11-12 1/2 and 18lbs Fly caught fish.

Saw this comment on some of the Northern rivers this season;
"All the rivers up here are doing well. There has been some good water and cool damp overcast conditions which help but a very promising number of fish for the little rivers. Rumour has it the Naver have been over a hundred a week frequently in the last two months. Not bad for a 14 rod river!"
