River freshened up a little by yesterdays rain and a good colour, Only a couple of inches difference which is neither here nor there,   Anglers up in the Hay/ Glasbury/ Builth region might as well as be fishing in the Manchester ship canal. Trout pretty quiet too though a few hawthorn flies around now.
