There have been reliable reports of reasonable numbers of fish moving in the last few days on beats from Moccas upstream yet there have been no reports of fish caught..

However today already starts on a better note with a 14lb fish to Geoff Maynard at Llanthomas and another lost. See photo of Geoffs fish below.
  I suspect that there will be other fish reported today with a reasonable weekend in prospect and middle beats improving by the day.  Still heavy colour on very bottom beats still a bit peaty from the Irfon water.
